Quality Inn Jacksonville - Orange Park near Naval Air Station

If you are looking for an ok cheap hotel, this one should get the deal done. The rooms aren't nice by any stretch of the imagination. I had to yank on my door to get it to lock, but the beds are comfortable enough, and they server a decent free breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. If you aren't picky and just need a cheap place to spend a night, I'd recommend it. If you have mid-high standards, look elsewhere.

1st Walking in, this Hotel is much prettier than other ones I have been in. The room was huge, bathroom was big. It was clean. The mattress was AMAZING!!! So soft and squishy! Slept like a baby. Price was right. They serve hot/cold breakfast 6-9am. The location is right off of I295 so it is easy to get to. Not many restaurants, you have to go to Blanding for anything good. Now the cons... I had a light not working. Notified the front dest. Maintenance came after a few hours. He couldn't immediately fix it so he said he would be there in the morning to fix it. We stayed 3 nights - he never came back to fix it.

It’s a very nice location just off highway 295. Price is good. Breakfast is good. It has scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, waffles, yogurt, bananas, juice and milk, cereals… We stayed on the third floor. The third floor hallway has some kind unpleasant smells. But the first floor doesn’t have any smells. Fortunately, our room is very nice, has no smell. The beds are very comfortable. And the air conditioning is pretty quiet. Other than third floor hallway experience is not good, the rest of our experiences are very good.

The staff here was amazing, went above and beyond my expectations. Great location, a bit noisy with the busy roads nearby. A lot of services nearby, short driving distance.

We stayed at this location for 5 days and the Service was exemplary. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We even had a 3AM bedding mishap due to a sick infant. But it was taken care of promptly with a smile and no problems. And I really want to thank the staff and the manager, Ms. Debra, for taken such good care of my family.

My five star review is obviously relative to the class of hotel that this is. Obviously it is not a Trump International. My initial impressions were largely formed by the impressive staff-member that checked me in. I believe her name was Diamond. After a long road trip with some frustrations along the way, she was so pleasant to deal with and just gives off a very happy vibe. I stay at a lot of quality inns all over the country and this is a very clean one. That initial greeting along with the initial appearance of the hotel is what gives a great first impression. For a quality Inn, I definitely give this a five star review.

Older hotel. Very comfortable and spacious. Just off interstate. Tons of shopping and dining within short drive. Area is heavy traffic. Close to St. John's River and NAS Jacksonville.

The staff is courteous, professional and friendly. I only had one problem and it was resolved within minutes after I reported it. Huey, the maintance man was great, my door to my room wasn't shutting properly and he fixed it quickly. All the staff at the registration desk were great, I was greeted whenever I enter the hotel. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.
